Part 4: The Temple

The third Temple is an anchor point in Eschatology, which, as yet does not exist. However, when the clarion call goes out to build the Temple, put a check mark on your calendar. This event starts the 70-week prophecy spoken of in Daniel 9:27. It would be difficult for the Man of Sin to stand on the Temple Mount to declare himself as God [1], if there is no Temple Mount.

Archeologists have found the lost Temple but need to verify its location. They have all the utensils for it as we speak, even the Red Heifer. Ironically, the Wailing Wall is not the Temple Mount but a remnant of Fort Antonio, that housed the soldiers who destroyed the city of Jerusalem. Because of a lie, the Jewish people have made it a holy place [2]. Sad.

v1 And Jesus went out and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
v2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. [Matthew 24:1, 2 KJV]

Verses one and two of Matthew 24 state that the Romans [3] would completely level [4] the Temple Mount, Jerusalem, and the City of David [5]. Once they build the Temple, there will be a great falling away and the love of many will wax cold [6]. Then three and one-half years later, the Man of Sin (the Antichrist) will stand on the Temple Mount and cause the oblations to cease [7].

Remember now, Matthew 24 is a chronological answer Jesus gave to his disciples when they asked, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world [8]? I really do not see how there can be a debate concerning Pre, Mid, or Post, when our Lord and Savior and soon coming husband stated Himself what would happen and when. Scripture also backs Him up, and why wouldn’t there corroboration, Christ IS the Word.

Lord, thank you for you Word and for allowing us to see a blow by blow of the future. We long for the day when you will come for us and take us home with you, and I feel in my spirit that it will be sooner than later. We await the sounding of the Shofar calling us to you, your bride, freeing us from this mortal world and all the corruption. In your precious name, AMEN.

Come, Lord Jesus, come.
