Therefore. . .

. . .he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. [Isaiah 53:5]
However. . .
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. [2 Peter 3:9 KJV]
Because. . .
. . .the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. [Romans 6:23 KJV]
So. . .
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. [John 3:16 KJV]
Therefore. . .
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. [2 Corinthians 5:21 KJV]

Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? [Luke 24:26 KJV]
So. . .
The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day. [Luke 9:22 KJV]

. . .they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. [Acts 16:31 KJV]
Remembering that. . .
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. [Philippians 4:13 KJV]
Therefore. . .
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways, acknowledge him and he shall direct thy paths. [Proverbs 3:6 KJV]
Because. . .
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. [2 Timothy 4:8 KJV]
Therefore. . .
. . .brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

What must we then do to lead a forgiven life. . .?
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. [Acts 2:38-39 KJV]
And. . .
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. [Romans 10:9 KJV]
Therefore, follow along and receive Christ’s forgiveness. . .
Jesus, I believe that you died for me. I believe that you were buried and that God raised you from the dead on the third day. I want to be forgiven. I repent of my sins and turn away from the wrong doing that displeases you. I ask for your forgiveness. Please Lord, come into my heart and guide me in your ways. Thank you Lord. I am now a child of God. In your name, amen.
