Part 2: The 70th week

Five anchor points will stick out during these last days: The peace treaty, the construction of the Temple, the Abomination of Desolation, the Great Tribulation, and finally, the rapture of the church. We learned last week that Christ’s death on the Cross brought the 69th week to an end. When will the 70th week begin? The first two anchor points answer that question. When Israel consummates the peace treaty, start the countdown. Christ’s elect (Christians/Believers) will not be around for the Wrath of God. However, Israel must also build the Temple. I will explain why next week. But we do not want to get ahead of ourselves.

v3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world [Matthew 24:3 KJV]?

It is this author’s opinion that when man runs out of guesses and does not know what will happen and when, it would behoove him to believe what our Savior says. He stands ready to help us in our time of need. Therefore, from here on out I will teach from the book of Matthew the 24th chapter. Of course, I will throw in a couple other Scriptures. The Bible proves itself. Keywords to look for are “after,” and “then.” But that is next week.

I should clarify something right off the top, the Great Tribulation is only three and a half years and not seven years [1], like many believe. There are also four different Tribulation views. They are pre-trib, mid-trib, post-trib, and pan-trib. (It will all pan out. LOL)

Is the peace treaty in question, the same treaty the Bible talks about that took place on September 15, 2020, between Israel, the UAE (United Arab Emirates), and the United States? The signatories of that treaty were Abdullah Bin Sayed Al Nahyan, Benjamin Netanyahu, and President Donald J. Trump. Time will tell. The proof will be commensurate with the clarion call to build the Temple. We should know soon, especially if Israel proclaims, “Build the Temple.” Why? It will be tough for the Abomination of Desolation to take place on the Temple Mount without a Temple Mount [2]. According to the Bible, the Antichrist must stand on the Mount and declare all oblations to cease. (If that call does not go out soon, the Sept 15, 2020 treaty will not be the treaty specified in the Bible.

Our dear heavenly Father, thank you so much for your Word and how it guides us and warns us. Thank you for sharing your plan with your prophets who can share your plan with us. I even thank you for the hard times that are coming, because I believe that those hard times will drive us closer to you. There are so many people who have not made the commitment to you, Lord. Knowing you myself makes me think, ‘What are they waiting for?’ You have the way out and you better yet, you have an Agape love for all of us even while we were yet sinners. I give you praise, glory and honor in the mighty and matchless name of Christ, AMEN.
